About Programming Board:
The Programming Board programs events for the entire student body at FIT. They create an open forum of communication and ideas between the manager positions and students, and meet at least once a week.

Hall of Art Manager :Jonathan Guzi
Major: Illustration, Semester 3
Hometown: Palm Springs, CA.

What I do
As Hall of Art manager I am responsible for exhibiting art work through contest and special shows.
A little about me
I love the diversity and creative energy at FIT. During my spare time (very little of it) I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing pool, watching movies, gym and all forms of art of course.

Manager of Special Events :Vanessa Coote
Major:FMM, 3rd semester

What I do
I plan off campus trips, such as Six Flags, paint balling, ski weekends, etc. I also organize the annual semi-formal
A little about me
I like anything related to creating and ideas. I love that FIT has such a creative output and you can always find someone doing something you have never seen before. My favorite event on campus has to be Movie night and Bingo!

What I do
I plan and promote the weekly movie night.
A little about me
I love TV and Movies. My favorite events on campus include Movie Nights, Murder Mystery Dinners and the professional guest speakers!

Secretary/Treasurer Kaila Smithem
Major:Communication Design, Semester 3

What I do
I’m responsible for taking minutes of the Programming Board meetings. I also record deposits and withdraws of accounts.
A little about me
My interests are yoga, hiking/biking, traveling and trying different ethnic foods. You can expect the unexpected from FIT and the creative atmosphere it provides. I really like going to art exhibits and getting inspired by the city.

Manager of Social Activities: Brittany Akens
Major:AMC, 5th Semester

What I do
As the Social Activities Manager I plan on campus activities during the evening such as Laser Tag, Bingo, Coffee House acts, etc.
A little about me
I love going to the gym, cooking and baking, museums, and fashion week! I love all the diversity on campus as well as all of the exhibits we offer as well as the FIT atmosphere.

Manager of the Center :Erica Appleby
Major:fashion design, 3rd semester
Hometown:Miami, FL

What I do
As Manager of the Center I plan programs within in the Center, which is located in the A building 7th fl. I plan such events as movie screenings, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and much more.

anything that promotes creative and postive living/diversity and drive of everyone who attends/when i was younger i was dead set on being an archeologist/ craft days at the center

Entertainment Hour Manager: Hour Miranda Huang
Major: Fashion Design,3rd Semester
Hometown: San Francisco, CA

What I do
As Entertainment Hour Manager I plan awesome events during common hour on Tuesday, events such as free massages, photo booth pictures, etc.
A little about me
I like Making things out of other things. I love that everyone at FIT has life direction and I’m always surrounded by talent. My favorite events on campus are Flea Market and really anything with food.

Manager of Cultural Events:Marisa Politi
Major:VPED,3rd semester

What I do
It is my job to pick amazing Broadway and off-Broadway shows for our students attended at discounted rates.
A little about me
I enjoy painting, visiting new places, meeting different kind of people from all over the world( very easy to do @ FIT) and decorating/buying new things for my new apartment!
